We recently visited Africa Trading in Port Moody and discovered that their main business is actually Aikona Biltong. Jamie has been in Vancouver since 2000, and they have been making Biltong since 2006.
Aikona Bilting is available for order online as well as at the shop and in a number of local breweries.
The main thing that sets Aikona apart is their propriety recipes that cut out salt, msgs, and all the other stuff that is unhealthy for you.
